Who I am
Hi! My name is Jessica and I’m so excited to begin the process of buying or selling a home together!

Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you will make, and I am honored to have the opportunity to help guide you through the entire process. My biggest goal is to make sure that YOU are taken care of. I’m here to ensure that during each step along the way your questions are being answered, things go smoothly, and your buying or selling experience is as easy, straight-forward and transparent as possible.

Cape Cod is a unique market, growing up here as a Cape Cod native, I have a knowledgable and fresh outlook to offer. I didn't move here after college, I didn't retire here and look to real estate as a hobby or supplemental income, I didn't vacation here and fall in love. I was born at Cape Cod Hospital and have lived in many towns throughout the Cape ever since. I've moved away for short periods but home is truly where the heart is (and where the beach is) and alas, I couldn't stay away. I'm originally from Brewster (where I currently reside), attended Nauset High School in Eastham, from there I went to Cape Cod Community College where I pursued medical coding. After working in the field for a time, I knew that doing the same thing day in and day out just wasn't for me.

In 2015, I was working for a local attorney who suggested I get my real estate license with the idea that she was going to open a brokerage. I had never considered real estate as sales positions aren't really my 'thing'. I have always had a passion for homes, however, as my childhood dream was to become an interior designer. I took the pre-licensure classes, then my Massachusetts board exam, got licensed and at the age of 25 off I went! That attorney I was working for never ended up starting a brokerage as her current practice was far too demanding but I will always have her to thank for the push I never knew I needed. I went on to start out at a very large, international brokerage which offered wonderful training opportunities and new agent mentorship. I ended up eventually leaving to work with Kinlin Grover (who has since merged with Compass) in 2017 and my business has thrived ever since.

I have wonderful family roots here on the Cape, many of my family members are also of the entrepreneurial mindset and own several local businesses. My husband, who was raised in Truro, left his corporate job as a merchant seaman to be home more for our family and is now a lobster fisherman in the summer ( which makes for great closing gifts!), as well as owning a boat repair/restoration business, known as Brewster Custom Boats. It really doesn't get more "Cape Cod" than our family. Our three wonderful kids, Mason (9), Eva (8) and Andrew (6), attend Stony Brook and Eddy Elementary in Brewster.

I understand that real estate is all about relationships. Relationships within my company, with my colleagues in other offices throughout the Cape, local service professionals, tradesmen (and women) and most importantly, with YOU, my clients. My ultimate goal is to get you into or out of a home in your preferred time-frame for the best dollar amount (and ideally the least stress) possible. I will negotiate on your behalf fiercely, while always remaining kind, honest and professional.
I want every client to know they can reach out to me before, during and after their home sale or purchase and count on me for the best advice, local recommendations and support. I'm not in the sales business, I am in the relationship business and will go above and beyond to make sure my all of my client's, past and present, feel that.

I look forward to working together on your next Cape Cod real estate endeavor!
