Using my experience and local knowledge of the Market, I will compile a detailed report (CMA or Comparative Market Analysis) outlining exactly what your home is worth in it's current condition.
This is also something I do (usually behind the scenes) for buyers to make sure we are on par with current valuations in the neighborhood to determine an accurate offer price. Helping you make a smart investment is my top priority.
